Broccoli Cheese Soup

Ingredients
1 Tbls salad oil or oleo1/2 Cup chopped onion3 Cups water3 chicken bouillon cubes4 oz. fine egg noodled (curly)1/2 tsp. salt10 oz. fresh or frozen broccolipinch of garlic powder or garlic salt3 Cups milk1/2 lb. Velvetta cheese, cubed
Directions
Heat oil and add onion. Saute 3 minutes. Add water and bouillon cubes. Heat to boiling. Cook until bouillon is dissolved. Gradually add noodles and salt. Cook uncovered for 3 minutes. Add broccoli and garlic salt. Cook for 4 minutes. Add milk and cubed Velveeta cheese. Watch carefully and cook until cheese is melted.
