Mediterranian Pizza Rolls

Ingredients
*Flat Out Multi-grain pita*1/4 cup Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese*2 tbsp Hummus*1 tsp Olive Oil
Directions
1. Take the pita and lay if flat on a plate, then evenly spread the hummus across it (make sure to take it out to the edges!)
2. Drizzle the olive oil evenly across the hummus (I find it useful to also spread this with the knife.)
3. Sprinkle the cheese on top
4. Microwave on high for one minute (or until cheese is melty and delicious)
5. Cut the pita pizza into small one inch squares
6. Roll each square into a bite size pizza roll
