Lima Bean Soup

Ingredients
2 cans lima beans, drained and rinsed2 small onions, chopped2 red bell peppers, chopped3 medium/large carrots, sliced thinly2 stalks celery, sliced thinly2 small potatoes, choppedbetween 3 and 6 cups chicken broth, to desired thickness1 1/2 tsp marjoram1/2 tsp oregano1/4 - 1/2 tsp basil1/2 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp pepper1 cup half and half
Directions
Add all ingredients except half&half to soup pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 25-35 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
