Vegetable Soup A La Ceci

Ingredients
1 T Olive Oil1 Onion, small, chopped fine (or 1/2 medium)15 oz Diced Tomatoes (don't drain)4 Cups Vegetable Broth or Chicken Broth1 small can tomato paste15 oz Potatoes, canned, sliced, drained15 oz Carrots, canned, sliced, drained15 oz Garbanzo beans, drained15 oz Corn, canned, drained15 oz Peas, Early Small, drained15 oz Green Beans, canned, drained2 T Balsamic Vinegar1 1/2 t Worcestershire Sauce1/8 t Trocomare1/2 t Kosher Salt1/4 t Steak Seasoning2 t Garlic, minceddash of Tabascodash of Crushed Red Pepper
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil in a nice sized pot. Add diced tomatoes, let them break down for about 2 minutes. In a food processor, pulse on low the can of Garbanzo beans... only mince them... don't make hummus : ) Add to the soup. Add all remaining ingredients. Cover. Let simmer for 30 minutes.

This is a super quick version of vegetable soup. If you have the time... make it healthier with equal portions of fresh vegetables and let it cook for a couple of hours.
