Cinnamon Apple topping

Ingredients
2 apples peeled and sliced1/2 c unsweetened applejuiceabout 2-3 Tbsp Splenda (depend on sweet prefernce)1 tsp cinnamon1 tbsp cornstarch
Directions
Peel and slice apples in a med saucepan add applejuice and enough water to cover. Add cinnamon and splenda. Simmer until tender. Mix cornstarch in a bit of warm water and stir quickly into hot apple mixture, return to boil stir until thickened. Serves 4
