Ingredients

3 jumbo eggs1/4 cup milk 4 corn tortillas4 flour tortillasTomato sauceHot sauce (I prefer El Yucateco in the green bottle and Cholula)Salt and pepper to taste
Cut or tear up tortillas into chip-sized pieces. (about 8 pieces per tortilla)
Place on cookie sheet and bake in the oven at 350 for 10-15 minutes until light brown and crispy. (Or pan fry if you aren't concerned with added fat and calories.)
In a small mixing bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Transfer tortilla chips into frying pan.
Slowly pour egg mixture over chips. Using a spatula, coat chips with egg mixture.
Scramble egg and tortillas together over medium to high heat.
Once scrambled, add tomato sauce, hot sauce, salt and pepper and heat through.
Serve with flour tortillas.
Enjoy.
