Ingredients
1 package Rice a Roni, Fried Rice, prepared as per package1 medium onion, diced1 carrot, shredded2 cups peas and carrots, frozen4 ounce pork tenderloin, diced
Directions
Prepare Rice a Roni as package directs.

Heat oil in skillet, add onion and shredded carrot. When vegetables are tender, add pork and cook until done. Add peas and carrots. Heat until hot.

Add prepared Rice a Roni and stir until well mixed.

Makes about 6 cups.
