12 oz chicken breast Shredded9 Whole Wheat Lasagna strips (no bake Lasagna)1 15 oz can S&W Black Black Bean and or Pinto Beans2 C 4 Cheese mexican Blend 2% Milk (8 oz bag)28oz can Enchilada Sauce las Palmas2 - 2.5 oz can Green Chile Diced
Boil chicken breast cut into 1/2 (4 pcs) then shred keep in 4 sections
in a 9 x 10 baking dish
and 1/2 cup Enchilada Sauce at bottom of dish
3 strips No Bake Lasagna Strips
1/4 can beans
Shred Chicken
1/4 green Chile
1/3 cup cheese
Repeat 4 time
Add remaining cheese and sauce on top
Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes
uncover for last 15 minutes,
Cut into 12 servings
you can add corn also to make fuller
