Turkey Black Bean Chili Soup

Ingredients
1 lb.Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean1 can Bush's, Black Beans2 cans diced tomatoes (chili flavored if available)1 can Spicy V8 Vegetable Juice 1 stalk celery, raw, chopped1 cup chopped onion3/4 cup chopped bell pepper Garlic, 3 cloves, chopped4 cups chicken broth,Chili powder, 2 tbsp Cumin, dried, ground, 2 tsp Oregano, ground, 2 tsp Salt, .75 tsp
Directions
Brown turkey until no longer pink. Saute onions, peppers, celery, and garlic until softened. Put in dutch oven and add, beans, tomatoes, chicken broth, V8, and seasonings and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium/low and simmer at least 30 minutes. It will be flavorful at 30 minutes, but an hour is even better if you have the time.
