1 Whole Iceberg Lettuce - Shredded4 Tomatoes - Chopped or Quartered1 Long Cucumber (with peel) - Sliced (peel if prefered)Small Bunch of Green Onions (Spring Onions) - Thinly Sliced1 Red Sweet Bell Pepper, Large - Deseeded and Sliced1 Carrot, Large - Peeled and Sliced 3 Stalks Celery - Sliced
Directions
Gather and prepare ingredents, as listed, mix together in a large salad bowl and serve, can be made in advance (the night before) Add any dressing you wish just before serving.

Makes one Large Salad bowlful, will feed alot of people, 12 at a rough estimate
