Oatmeal Craisin & Raisin Cookies (Garbanzo Bean Flour)

Ingredients
Butter, salted, 1 stick Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packedGranulated Sugar, .25 cupEgg, fresh, 1 large Vanilla Extract, .5 tbsp Garbanzo Bean Flour, Bob's Red Mill (1/4 cup), 0.75 cup *Cinnamon, ground, .5 tspBaking Soda, .5 tsp Oats, 1.5 cupRaisins, .25 cup, packed Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries .25 cup (correct) * can substitute any type of flour.
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Beat butter, and sugars until creamy
Add egg and vanilla
In separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon and Salt
Slowly add the flour mix to the butter sugar mix.
Add oats, raisins and craisins
Drop rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet
Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet and remove onto a wire rack.
