Ingredients
* METHI -FENUGREEK NIN 223, 10 gram * Urad Dhal Black gram ghal NIN 31, 100 gram * Raw Rice, milled Nin12 +k, 200 gram(s) * salt table, 10 gram(s) or a tbsp
Directions
Soak and Grind Urad Dhal and Methi to fine paste and add rice and grind till rice reduces to a Corse Texture. Add Salt Stir and allow the dough to stand for about 8 hours.

A Variation is to use Cream of Rice and add it to the Urad dhal dough

Ladle out the dough on to aidly plate and Steam
