Ingredients
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cupOlive Oil, 1/8 cupLemons, 2 (squeezed and strained)Garlic, 2 clovesTahini, 2 tbspWater, 1/2 cupPaprika, 1/2 tsp
Directions
Put all in food processor or really powerful blender and blend well. Refrigerate. Makes about 2.5 cups (10 1/4 cup servings)
