* *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added, 10.5 cup (remove) * Cilantro, raw, 50 tbsp (remove) * Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper (remove) * Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove) * Garlic, 3 tsp (remove) * Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp (remove) * Salt, 4 tsp (remove)
blend one can tomatoes, cilantro stems from one bunch of cilantro, two whole jalapenos (stems removed), 4 tsp salt, 2-3 garlic cloves and white portion (bottom roots removed) of green onions in blender. chop/dice other two cans tomatoes, leaves from 2 cilantro bunches, green onion tops (green portion) and add to blended base. makes 24 1/2C servings.
