Low Fat Zuppa Toscano

Ingredients
1 lb. of turkey sausage1 tsp. red pepper flakes1 32 oz cont. of FF chicken broth6 c. water6 sm. potaoesone onion1/2 head of cabbage
Directions
Brown the sausage with the red pepper flakes. Drain and set aside. Saute onions. Add broth and water. Cube potatoes and add to broth. chop cabbage and add. Simmer for 40 minutes
Serves six- two cup portions
