Avocado Spread

Ingredients
1 ripe avocado1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (this much makes it really tangy)dash of garlic powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut avocado in half and scoop out the fruit into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork. Add the remaining 3 ingredients and stir. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking.

One serving = 2 Tbsp.

    I've only just this minute made this, I used my hand blender instead of a fork to mash the avocado as I had 4 in the bowl, and I put quite a bit of garlic powder in as it was a little bitter. I've tasted but not eaten in a sandwich yet, I'm going to use this as a replacement for butter. - 8/25/10
