Stuffed Pepper Soup

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef1 cup rice (dry)28 ounce can tomato sauce2 14.5 ounce can of tomatoes (garlic, basil, and oregano suggested)1/4 cup brown sugar3-4 green peppers chopped
Directions
Brown and drain ground beef.
Add tomato sauce and tomotoes.
Add to one 28 oz can of water (use tomato sauce can)
Add brown sugar and green peppers.
Simmer until peppers are tender.
Cook rice as directed and add to soup prior to serving
8-10 1 cup servings.
