Sauteed Swiss Chard

Ingredients
1 bunch chard1 clove garlic1/4 water
Directions
Wash Chard
Chop stems and ribs, set aside
Chop leaves
Heat frying pan, add stems, ribs, water, and garlic
When they are a little soft, about, 2-3 mins, add leaves.
Cover. Cook until wilted.

    Basic, easy, delicious and nutritious! What could be better than that! I used 1 tsp of butter to get the garlic goin', and then added my rinsed swiss chard and a pinch of salt... no extra water. With the salt, it made it's own water. ;) Great! - 7/30/11
