Beef Soft Tacos

Ingredients
Extra lean ground beef, 16 oz ground cumin 1.25 tbspChili powder, 1.25 tbsp Garlic powder, 1.25 tbsp Salt, 0.33 tspCrushed Tomatoes, 1/2 cupWater, tap, 3/4 cup Tomatoes (optional)Green Peppers (optional)Iceberg Lettuce (optional)Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 2 tbsp Double Cheddar Cheese (shredded), 1.5 cup Tortillas, Baja Burrito Size Tortillas, 4
Directions
Pre heat oven to 300 degrees
spray non stick frying pan with cooking spray.
brown ground beef on medium high heat.
when beef is cooked, add spices, crushed tomatoes, and water. simmer for about 3 minutes.

While beef is browning wrap tortillas in tin foil and heat in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.

Place tortilla on plate, top with 1/4 sour cream, 1/4 of the cheese, the beef filling, and veggies of your choice. wrap and serve.
