Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
120 gms dark or semi sweet chocolate120 ml double cream2 eggs
Directions
heat the cream until warm
add the chopped up chocolate
let the mixture cool a bit and then beat in the egg yolks
whip up the egg whites until stiff and then fold in
put into bowls and chill
