Turkey Scallion Rolls with Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
* Shady Brook Farms Turkey Breast Cutlets (svg.4 oz/112 g), 21.76 oz * *Kikkoman Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp * Lemon juice, 2 tbsp * *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 1 tbsp * Granulated Sugar, 1 tbs * Scallions, raw, 5 small (3" long) * Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
1.)Place cutlets on work surface. With meat pounder, pound meat gently until 1/8 inch thick. Cut each cutlet into 4 pieces, approximately 2x2 inches each.
2.)In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, vegetable oil, and sugar. Mix well. Remove 1/4 cup of the mixture. Set aside. Add cutlets to remaining mixture, toss well.
3.)Arrange scallions over surface of cutlet pieces. Roll up jelly-roll style. Place on end of 6 inch skewer.
4.)Grill over medium heat(or broil 8 inches from flame) for about 6-8 minutes until just cooked through. Turn occasionally. Add ginger to reserved soy sauce mixture. Serve promptly.
