VitaMix Chicken Potato Spinach Soup

Ingredients
1 cup low sodium chicken, beef, or vegetable broth1 1/2 cups skim milk1/2 small onion, peeled3 medium potatoes, backed or boiled with skin1/8 tsaspoon dried rosemary1 tablespoon spinach, cooked or frozen5 ounces chicken breast, skinned and boned, cooked and dicedsalt to taste
Directions
place broth, milk, onion, two potatoes, and rosemary into the Vita-Mix container in the order listed and secure lid.
Select Variable 1
Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
Blend for 4-5 minutes, or until heavy steam escapes from the vented lid.
Reduce speed to Variable 3 and remove the lid plug.
Add spinach and reserved potatoe through the lid plug opening and blend until potato is chopped, about 15 seconds.
Drop in diced chicken and blend for an additional 5 seconds.
