Banana cookies

Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped Baking Soda, .5 tsp Baking Powder, 2 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine apple sauce, brown sugar, eggs and bananas-beat well.
3. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add slowly to wet mixture. Stir in walnuts.
4. Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls, 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet or parchment. Bake for 12 minutes. Makes 2 dozen cookies.
