Salmon with Sweet-and Spicy Salsa

Salsa:3/4 c Pinapple2 tbsp Onion2 tbsp Cilantro2 tbsp Red Bell Pepper1 tsp VinegarSalomon:4 Salmon Fillets with skin (about 5 oz each) rinsed and patted dry2 tbsp Ketchup1 tbsp Hoisin sauce1 tbsp Honey1 tsp Vinegar1 small garlic clove
In small bowl stir together the salso ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. (at least 8 hours)
Preheat the oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
Place the fish with the skin side down on the foil.
In a small bowl, whisk toghether the remaining ingredients. Spread over the top of the fish.
Bake 20 minutes or until fish is cooked to desired dones. Serve with salsa.
