Spicy Chilaquiles

Ingredients
1 16oz jar of Herdes or La Victoria salsa6 corn tortilla 2 serranos pepper (optional..adds heat)1 tsp minced garlic 3 table spoons of olive oil
Directions
Cut up your tortillas in little bite size pieces, 1/3" to 1/2" squarse or triangles.
In a hot wok add 2 table spoons of olive oil.
Toast tortillas until crispy.
Remove crispy chips from wok and set aside.
Pour Herdez salsa and chop serrano pepper in a blender, puree for 10 seconds.
Add 1 table spoon of olive oil in wok and
warm up minced garlic for 5 seconds then add your blended salsa with your garlic for 5-6 min
until very warm.
Add your chips when your ready to eat
let them cook for 2-3 min then serve hot and crunchy.
Its great with scrambled egg whites on the side.
or your favorite omlett.
Makes 2 1-cup servings.
