Ingredients
Directions
1/2 cup butter sub (such as Move Over Butter)2 cups Fiber One cereal1/4 c Egg Beaterscouple tbs Splenda2 tbsp SF Vanilla Syrup1/2 shredded coconut12 oz FF yogurt (vanilla, greek, or plain)1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips10 Werther's Original Candies (optional)
Step 1: save some room from lunch.
Electrically mix egg substitute with splenda and vanilla syrup, then slowly add yogurt. Add Splenda forever.
(This is your condensed milk substitute, so you want it to be on the unbearable side of sweetness).
If you opt to add Werther's, this is around the point where you might want to figure out how to cut them into smaller pieces. We microwaved them with a little bit of a disaster, and then used a knife. (The SO is sawing through them like a good little puppy, and suggests a hammer and a plastic bag, to prevent the loss of fingers/good plates)
Preheat oven to 350!
Pour melted butter substitute into a 13x9 baking pan. Spread 2 cups Fiber One, crushed to your desired consistency (I lurve my Fibes#1 so I left it intact).
Cover that baby with your condensed milk sub, (there's much more than a single can, for so much less!)
Top with choco chips, coconut, Werther's (if you managed them), and a little scream of delight!
Pop the sucker in the oven for 15-20, cut into 4x8, 4x6, or 4x4, depending on your appetite.
Because of the subs, it's a little mushy at first, so if you're patient, let cool for an hour or two. If you aren't (like me), freeze them for a bit.
