Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

2 bunches fresh broccoli1 large head cauliflower12 slices bacon cooked and crumbled1 cup fat free miracle whip1.5 tbsp vinegar.25 cup sugar.5 cup chopped onion
Chop broccoli and cauliflower very small, I only use the tops no stem pieces in this recipe. Cook bacon until crisp and crumble in the bowl with broccoli and cauliflower. Add in chopped onion. In separate bowl mix vinegar, sugar and miracle whip. Pour dressing over salad and toss. Makes 8 servings. Additons to this recipe can be raisins, sunflower seeds, almonds and I have done it with grapes as well.
