Sausage and Rosemary Strata

Egg, fresh, 8 largeWater, tap, 1 cup *Bread - Garlic Loaf, cubed, 6 cupsRosemary, 1 tbsp*Cheese, shredded 50% light cheddar, Cabot, 1 cup *Johnsonville Maple Breakfast Sausage links 21 linksorange bell pepper, .5 of a large onegreen onions, .25 cup
Preheat oven to 350. Coat 7 individual ramekins with cooking spray.
Saute sausage links over medium heat until cooked through. Cut links into small pieces and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine eggs and water and whisk until well blended. Add bread cubes, cooked sausage, rosemary, chives, bell pepper, and shredded cheese and mix well. Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes.
Pour into the prepared dishes and set in the oven. Bake for 25 to 45 minutes, until the moisture is completely set and the internal temp is at least 165.
Makes 7 individual servings.
