1 lb extra lean ground beef1 1/2 tsp ground rosemary1/4 onion, minced2 small cloves garlic, smashed and minced4 large potatoes, dices3/8 c butter3/4 c milk1/4 cup finely shredded cheese - cheddar5 small carrots, diced3/4 cups frozen corn3/4 cups frozen green beans
boil potatoes until done, drain and use butter and milk to mash
cook carrots till done, add corn and green beans to heat, drain
brown beef with rosemary, garlic and onion
layer vegetables, beef then potatoes in 9x13" baking dish, bake for 10-15 minutes in 375* oven.
