2 pounds ground beef1 onion, chopped2 tsp minced garlic1 (4 ounce) can diced green chili's1 (2 ounce) can clack olives - sliced1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes w/ green chili peppers1 (16 oz.) jar of taco sauce2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans12 (8 inch) tortillas9 oz. shredded Colby cheese
Preheat to 350
In a skillet saute the ground beef, add the onion and garlic. Drain off the excess fat. Mix in olives, chili's, tomatoes, taco sauce and refried beans. Stir thoroughly, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
Spread a layer in a 4 qt. casserole. cover with a layer of tortillas followed by more meat mixture, then cheese. Repeat until all tortillas are used. top with a layer of meat and cheese.
