Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry

12 oz (2 pkgs) Tyson Beef strips3 cups broccoli florets2 celery stalks, chopped1/2 onion, chopped2 Tbsp cooking oil5 Tbsp Less Sodium Soy Sauce1 fl oz white cooking wine1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp gingerdash of crushed red pepper flakes4 Tbsp corn starch1 cup water
1. heat oil in wok
2. add beef, wine, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and pepper flakes to wok, cook for 2-3 mins, stirring frequently
3. add broccoli, celery & onion, stir well into other ingredients, cook for 5-8 mins until broccoli begins to soften
4. mix cornstarch with water, making sure there are no lumps.
5. slowly add cornstarch mixture to wok, stirring constantly, only adding enough to make a thick sauce (usually about 1/2 - 3/4 cup)
6. continue to stir fry until broccoli is cooked through and sauce is thickened.
