Hummus

Ingredients
2 cans Chick Peas2-3 whole cloves of garlicThe juice of 2 lemons2 tbsp Tahini1/4 cup water2-3 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Add beans (rinsed), whole garlic and tahini in food processor until roughly chopped. Add water and slowly add oil until the mixture becomes the consistancy you prefer. Chunky or smooth.
