Ingredients
One bagela handful of greens1 tablespoon tofutti cream cheese1 tablespoon roasted garlic hummus3 slices tofurky salt, pepper and herbs to taste
Directions
Toast bagel.

Spread one side of bagel with huumua, the other with cream cheese. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, & herbs like thyme, dill, tarragon, etc. Top with tofurky and greens
