Nine-Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
32 oz. Kitchen Basics All Natural Vegetable Broth (green box)28 oz. can diced tomatoes2 medium onions, cut in large chunks1 carrot, 1/8" slices2 stalks celery, 1/4" slices1/2 of 1 small parsnip, 1/8" slices1/2 of 1 small turnip, chopped1/2 cup yellow corn, frozen or fresh2 large potatoes, cut in large chunks1 small summer squash, cut in medium chunks1/4 tsp. black pepper1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions
Place all ingredients in a 4-quart pot. Mix well.
Bring to a boil, then lower heat to simmer.
Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Makes 8 1-cup servings.

It's even better the next day.
