1 box Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, firm (350 grams) 1/4 cup Coconut Oil, -melted 3/4 cup Sugar 1 cup Soymilk (Vanilla) 1/4 tsp sea salt 1 cup baking cocoa(I like dark) 13 Keebler Ice Cream Cups(cones) 13 Tbsp Cool Whip Light (to top)

Makes 13 servings
Put top 6 ingredients in the blender. Blend until very smooth. Fill cones all the way to the top and bake for 15 min. If you stand the cones in a bread pan it will help to keep them standing up. (The filling will shrink a bit during cooking.) Chill and top with a Tablespoon of Cool Whip Light to serve.
