coconut oilquaker oatswalnutsoat branbrown rice crisp cereal (unsweetened)cranberries, driedcrystalized gingerbrown rice syrupnatural cane sugarvanilla extractsea salt
mix oats, oat bran, walnuts, cranberries, ginger, and brown rice cereal in bowl.
grease 8x8 pan with coconut oil (bottom AND sides).
combine the rice syrup, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir constantly as in comes to a boil and thickens just a bit, about 4 mins. pour over the oat mixture and stir till entirely blended. pour in pan, smooth evenly, and chill. divide bars and wrap individually. enjoy!
