Chicken, Black Bean & Kabocha Casserole

Ingredients
400 g cooked chicken breast, shredded260 g black beans, cooked200 g kabocha, steamed190 g canned corn400 g canned tomatoes, diced6 day-old corn tortillas, quartered120 g cottage cheese120 g mozzarella cheese, grated
Directions
Mix vegetables and beans and season with chili powder, cumin, lemon juice, salt & pepper.

Layer tortillas, chicken, bean mixture and cottage cheese into a oven safe dish. Top with grated cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until cheese melts and starts to brown.
