Best Chicken & Rice

Ingredients
6 Chicken Thighs, skinless and boneless1 tbsp Goya, Adobo Seasoning2 cups Water1 tsp Olive Oil1 cup Long Grain White Rice1 can Campbells 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Chicken Soup
Directions
Place Chicken thighs in a Crockpot, sprinkle Adobo seasoning over chicken. Cook on HIGH heat for approximately 60 minutes.
In a medium sauce pan pour in water & oil, dash or two of adobo. Bring to a boil. Add rice to water, stir, cover, cook 20 minutes on LOW. Do NOT peek at the rice while it's simmering.
Add cooked rice and soup to the crockpot. Mix well.
Serve and enjoy. Yummy!
