Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Ingredients
2 c. broccoli2 c. cubed potatoes1 c. chopped carrots1 c. chopped onions4 c. chicken broth2 cloves of garlic2 c. shredded cheddar3/4 c. non-fat milk*Salt, pepper, paprika, to taste
Directions
Chop all the veggies and get them in a large pot with the garlic and chicken broth- bring this to a boil and let simmer for 15 minutes. Make sure the veggies are tender.
Let this mixture cool, once cool place in a blender and make it smooth. It takes a couple blender fulls to get it all blended.
Return the puree to the store and add the cheese and milk with any desired seasoning and slowly heat it, stirring about every 20 mins or so.
