Tasty Turkey Veggie Patties

Ingredients
12oz. ground turkey breast (Jenny-o)3 Tbsp Quick cooking oats3 Tbsp. parmesean cheese (Kraft in a can)1/2. cup of green, red peppers, onions diced finely1/4 cup finely diced mushrooms1 egg white1 Tbsp garlic powder (not salt)1 Tsp. seasoning salt1 Tsp. ground black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients and form into 4 patties, the patties will weigh in at roughly 4.5 ounces. Coat pan with cooking spray and cook patties over med heat until cooked through. Because these patties are so low in fat they do not shrink. Serve on a whole wheat bun (not counted for in nutritional value) with all the normal hamburger condiments, such a great alternative to beef burgers. I like to make these in bigger batches, pre-weigh the patties and freeze them for a quick burger fix.
