Rhea's Quick Chili

Ingredients
2 cans Beans (any kind).5 can green chili's.5 pack taco seasoning .5 pack dry onion soup mix (optional)crushed chili flakes to tastesalt and pepper to taste.5 sm onion3-4 oz ground meat (93/7) (ckn, trk,y stk, prk)1 Tbls flour1-2 cup 99% FF Chicken stock
Directions
Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium sauce pan bring to boil on med high heat then reduce to simmer on low heat.

In a medium saute pan add veg oil and onions saute til translucent and remove set off to the side. In the same pan, add ground round, (93/7%). Brown til med, add the onions and flour, cook for 2 minutes.

Add meat mixture to the sauce pan with beans. Add Chicken stock, give a good stir and bring to a boil and reduce to simmer under low heat for 20 minutes or til thickened.

Top with shredded 2% cheese and chopped onions. Few drops of Louisiana Hot Sauce if needed.
