Kiwi & Orange - green leaf salad

Ingredients
Romaine lettuce (as much as desired, I use 1 bunch of leaves)1 kiwi, peeled and sliced thinly1 orange peeled and sliced thinly (I make 1/2 rings)Dressing:3 tbs cider vinegar1 tbs oil1 tbs water1 tsp lemon juice1 tbs sweetener (splenda)salt and pepper to tasteGarnish: you can slice red onion rings, or add almonds or pine nuts (it will add calories tho)
Directions
I usually end up eating all this myself, but I do make it for guests every Friday night and it's a huge hit.
Depending on how many people I am having I adjust the amounts of the lettuce, add a kiwi or orange etc.
I keep the dressing amount the same though..

Put all "food" ingredients into a bowl.
Can make the dressing seperately then pour over, or just sprinkle onto the salad ingredient by ingredient and mix well with tongs.

Very quick and easy to put together. A compliment to any meal.
