1/4 cup trop50 with calcium orange juice1 medium banana2 packets Splenda or choice of sweetener1/4 cup frozen mixed berries or fruit of choice3 tbsp plain fat free yogurt
Directions
Mix all ingredients in blender to consistency of choice.
