Awfully Godd Waffles--Vegan

Ingredients
1/2 cup white flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour2 TBSP baking powder1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp salt ( I omit)1 cup soy/almond milk1/2 cup applesauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix. Heat Waffle iron, then cook until golden brown. You can make pancakes if you thin out the batter a little more by adding liquid.
