Thai Chicken Chopped Salad

Ingredients
1 cup spring mix salad3 oz (about 1/3 cup) Mann's Rainbow Salad Blend (shredded broccoli, cabbage, carrots)1/3 cup diced cucumber1/3 cup chopped mushrooms1 small orange, segmented and diced1/4 cup snow peas, sliced1/2 chicken breast, grilled and diced1 tbsp cilantro, roughly chopped2 tbsp Trader Joe's Thai Peanut Dressing
Directions
Combine all ingredients with dressing just before serving. Makes 1 large salad.
