Ingredients
Spring Mix greensPancettaCraisinsBlue Cheese crumblesPine NutsFat Free Poppyseed Dressing
Directions
Toast Pine Nuts under broiler for a couple of minutes.
Dice Pancetta and brown in skillet until crispy, drain on paper towels.
Toss all ingredients in a salad bowl! Drizzle dressing lightly... you might not want 4 tablespoons, 2 might do...
This makes about 6-8 servings.
