Asian Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
4 Tbsp soy sauce2 Tbsp olive oil2 tsp brown sugar1 tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp black pepper1 clove garlic, minced1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin
Directions
In a small bowl, wisk together all ingredients, except the pork. Pour into large zip-lock bag, add the pork, and allow to coat the meat.

Marinate overnight, turning bag over once.

Take out of bag, and grill till desired doneness. Alternatively, broil in oven.
