Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 c. natural peanut butter2 Tbsp soy sauce2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar2 cloves garlic1/3 c. sugar1/2 c. hot waterChili garlic sauce (tuong ot), to taste
Directions
Microwave the garlic cloves on high for 30 to 45 seconds until fragrant. Combine all the ingredients except for the water in a food processor and pulse to combine. The mix will look a little grainy. Add hot water slowly, pulsing to combine, adding enough water to bring to a smooth consistency, adding more water if needed.

Pour out of the food processor and mix in chili garlic sauce, adjusting to taste.

Makes 16 1 tablespoon servings.
