Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 c. sugar8 Tbsp butter2 eggs3 ripe bananas1 Tbsp milk1 tsp cinnamon2 c. flour1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Add bananas, milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix separately, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to liquid and mix gently, don't over-mix.
Place in greased loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees F for one hour.
