Ingredients
1 small box any red sugar- free jello, dry1 16-oz. carton 1% milkfat cottage cheese1 16-oz. can crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice, drained1 9-oz. carton low-fat whipped topping
Directions
Combine dry Jello mix with cottage cheese. Add drained pineapple. Fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate until serving time.
Makes appoximately 10 half-cup servings.
